Chelsea & Bailey

Bailey, Chelsea & their older sister, Sydney, grew up on a small farm in Wichita Falls, TX. Their parents owned and ran a successful business for over 30 years and currently operate the family ranch in Clay County. It was their parents' strong work ethic and their upbringing on the farm that influenced and served as an example of the importance of hard work and the luxuries of the rural way of life.

Bailey and Chelsea both received degrees from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX (Hey Oscar P!). Although Bailey and Chelsea have a lot in common like their face, friends, interests, and thoughts, they do have some differences. Bailey pursued a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing in 2015, while Chelsea received a Bachelors and Masters degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Equine Reproduction.

After college, they both moved to Granbury, TX where they saw an opportunity to stay connected to our roots and work together. That's what twins do, right?

In their spare time, you can find both Bailey and Chelsea on horseback. More than a day or two without time in the saddle they start to get a little weird. Bailey and Chelsea decided they have enough to do together, so Bailey chose team roping and Chelsea shows cowhorses. Bailey enjoys roping with her husband, Brian, because the foundation to any successful marriage is two competitive people competing together, right? When they are not horse back you can find them hunting at the family ranch or remodeling a property. If you ever have an issue telling the two apart, Bailey can often be found gracefully swinging sledge hammers into anything that stands for the sake of “progress” on their remodel projects while Chelsea is busy devising a plan to complete the project as quickly as possible in the path of Bailey’s destruction.

While Bailey has rightfully earned the title, “Demo Queen,” with her sledge hammer acrobatics, she is also a certified New Home Specialist and is well versed in land and subdivision development. She is a member of the Realtor Land Institute and actively continues to invest in her education to better serve her clients.

Although Chelsea’s past life was in the breeding barn “sciencing,” she has taken that experience and found a niche in selling horse properties. Understanding the intricacies of facility design, she is able to market a horse facility to its highest and best use resulting in a speedy and successful transaction for all parties.

Southern hospitality and customized experiences are the foundations of the Twins' business philosophy. They don't use impersonal drip campaigns or automated workflows. All of their marketing is in-house and crafted specifically for each property. When they contact their clients with property updates or newsletters, it's really The Twins on the other end--not AI, not a third-party agency.

Whether your property is $5k or $5M, They want to ensure you feel well taken care of. In a world that is driven by automation and instant gratification, they pride themselves in creating a personalized experience from consultation to closing. To The Twins, that's just the Texas way of life.
